Political Correctness in Perspective

People that foam at the mouth over the whole PC thing impinging on their rights to be an asshole want just that: the right to be an asshole. Most regular people don’t see much of a difference between what some folks call “PC culture” and just not being a dick all the time. Just because you have the right to be an asshole doesn’t mean it’s a good idea, and it most certainly does not make you a good or intelligent person. The best rebuttal they can come up with when anyone tells them to shut their faces is that we’re all weak: snowflakes, libtards, whining, crying, etc. See?? Tough people talk tough and aren’t afraid to be a shithead just because they can.

Fortunately not everyone aspires to be a shithead.
