I applied this pomodoro technique first time in doing my Amal online courses, actually completing these courses take much time before because of the continuous distractions and procrastination and it even take couple of days to complete that. After getting familiar with Pomodoro technique I applied it to do my online courses, I felt it very useful, firstly set the alarm of 25 minutes, turn my phone to silent mode, turn off all social media appliances and shut the door of my room just only to focused fully on work. It is very hard for me to only concentrate on online courses and avoid use of any other gadget. I made my self ready for an incentive of a break just after 25 minutes.
Surprisingly I completed my online courses in 3 hours that was impossible to do in this short era of time, I felt mentally relaxed and satisfied that I did this task in very short time, this was only possible due to full attention towards work and avoided any sort of distraction.
I am really much surprised by the idea developed by Francesco Cirillo of Pomedaro Technique, We should take this idea into our lives to help us to do our work on time and efficiently, avoid the problem of procrastination and avoid any physical or mental distraction.
