Coinme Wallet Security Upgrade Announcement

From the day we placed our first machine in Seattle in 2014, we understood how much our customers trusted us with their finances, and that is not something that we take lightly. In our continued effort to ensure the safety and security of our customers, Coinme is excited to announce a security update of our customer’s wallets.

This process is one of many planned upgrades to our Coinme wallets that will be happening over the next couple of months. While we foresee a smooth migration of wallets, there may be some intermittent outages on some select accounts. If your wallet becomes affected, our customer support team is here to help remedy the situation quickly.

Our mission at Coinme is to help people everywhere understand and utilize the power of digital currencies as a delightful medium-of-exchange and financially beneficial store-of-value, and we hope that these proactive measures will continue to instill trust in thousands of Coinme customers for years to come.
